The hotel location is very good, just out side the station, in fact it can be seen from station. Hotel rooms are quite big and very clean and well furnished. Mr Jaykishan was very helpful and well behaved. Though our stay was very short , within this short period we experienced excellent hospitality.

Except staff's behaviour, everything was good. The room and the bathroom were clean. Hot water was coming for the bath. The stay was good, I liked it. Staff were asking for more money and also took so much time in giving the room. Rest all was okay.

Wonderful Stay!!! The staff is very co-operative. I was travelling alone and my train got delayed at night , not only they gave a wonderful room in subsided rate but also made sure that my stay is safe and comfortable . Thanks a lot 🙏🏻

My closest friend was visiting our family and we both had made plans for a religious pilgrimage to Gaya. I was very particular about finding us a great place near railway station to stay for a night and a day. Namastay hotel exceeded our expectations. It's a spacious property that is really close and visible from the railway station. Rooms are really nice and spacious and the staff aren't really commercial but really care about the guests! For instance, for our extra time during the day, Mr Jaikishan gave us a very reasonable deal with genuine empathy and professionalism!!
